These terms govern your use of Fiblia. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service

Fiblia is a personal organization tool that lets you track habits, tasks, and plans. We provide the service on an “as is” and “as available” basis and may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Your account

You sign in with your Google account. You’re responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your Google account secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to use Fiblia.

3. Acceptable use

Don’t use Fiblia to break the law, infringe others’ rights, disrupt the service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ data.

4. Your content

The content you create (your tiles, logs, notes, and similar) remains yours. You grant Fiblia the limited permission needed to store and display that content back to you as part of operating the service. You’re responsible for the content you add.

5. Subscriptions & payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy; their terms apply to the transaction. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time to stop future charges. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Availability

We aim to keep Fiblia running but don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, and we may suspend or discontinue the service.

7. Disclaimers & liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fiblia is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data arising from your use of the service. Keep your own copies of anything important.

8. Termination

You may stop using Fiblia at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or where necessary to protect the service or its users.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we’ll update the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
